About Three Rivers Resort

Three Rivers Resort is located in the historic town of Almont, Colorado. The resort sits on the Taylor River which merges with the East River to form the Gunnison River, just a short walk away. Blue skies, high mountains, and crystal clear trout-filled waters make our location the ideal getaway. The Gunnison National Forest is literally in our backyard and we are located just a short drive from both Gunnison and Crested Butte. Our property includes specialized amenities of whitewater rafting, jeep rentals, activity concierge service, groceries, gift shop, fly and tackle shop, a summertime restaurant, indoor and outdoor pavilion, and nearby skiing/biking/lake access. All rooms at the resort are pet-friendly except for the Lodge Rooms. Check-in at the main store/office. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. An envelope with your last name on it will be posted on the office door. It contains a map to your unit, which will be unlocked with a key inside. For further assistance, there is a phone in the lobby of the office that may be picked up to reach someone on call 24 hours a day. Rafting, skiing, fishing, hiking and cultural events add to the authentic mountain town atmosphere of the Valley.
