Comprising three delightful manor houses dating from the 15th and 18th century, overlooking the River Loire, Le Choiseul sits at the foot of Chateau d Amboise. Close to most of the Loire Valleys finest chateaux, the hotel has pretty terraced gardens bordered by troglodyte caves, stunning river views and an exciting restaurant.
