Don't expect on the rest of the property a golfcourse type off environment, the owner choose to give space to the original nature. In this tropical environment the appartments are situaded surrounded by a variety of fruits and plants. Porto Seguro, the city wich is protected by unesco because the Portugese discovered Brazil here, has and will by that reason always have, a beautifull low structure. It is forbidden to build higher than 7 meters. If you pass with the ferry the river you'll find the road to Arraial d'ajuda. Halfway this 4 km long road you find on the sea side Arraial Praia. Where Porto Seguro have the real big beach bars where they can easely put 5000 persons, you have on the other hand Arraial where almost everything small and cosey is. Broadway and the square of the hippies reminds on the times that Arraial was a real hippie village. You find the diversity of nationalities back in the large number and types off restaurants mostly from very good quality. The wide area can discovered by a variety of excursions. |
