The Georgian Terrace Hotel offers a total of 326 guestrooms including one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury suites complete with kitchens and washer/dryer, and six premier penthouses. There is a penthouse gym and rooftop pool as well as 5,514 square feet of dedicated IAAC meeting space and over 16,000 square feet of total meeting space. Situated in the heart of the Midtown arts and culture district, the Georgian Terrace is within walking distance to great restaurants, museums and retail. Nestled in the heart of the bustling Midtown business district are towering trees in oversized lighted vessels and organic images throughout the newly refurbished Georgian Terrace Hotel. A recent renovation consisting of a complete refreshing of the lobby, the addition of a restaurant by highly acclaimed Chef Gary Mennie, the addition of a third ballroom and board room, new complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the property, new carpet throughout and several redesigned and updated guest rooms and suites bring the hotel back to its status the grand dame of Atlanta. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee. Both self- and valet-parking are available, with in/out privileges.
