The 1 star Pension Bahia inaugurated in 1995 has recently been totally renewed and features over 21 spacious and comfortable rooms all with TV; shared bathroom; safety box and washing basin. It is centrally located on Canuda Street and Ramblas Street very close to the best works of the great modernist architect Antoni Gaudi. Many of the Museums are very close to the Hostal like the Picasso Museum; the Miro Foundation; the Antoni Tapies Foundation; the Egyptian Museum; the Music Museum; the Museum of Modern Art MACBA; the Maritime Museum and the Center of Contemporari Culture CCCB among others. There is parking available next to the Pension at a cost of 35 EUR per 24h. Additional Information; Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

How to get:

Head northeast and take the slight left toward C32B-Carretera a l Aeroport then merge onto Autovia de Castelldefels C31 via the ramp to Barcelona-Ronda Litoral and continue to follow C31. Take the ramp to Ronda de Dalt-Girona-Lleida-Tarragona and keep right at the fork to follow signs for Barcelona and merge onto B10 Ronda del Litoral.Take exit 21 Ciutat Vella toward Paral lel la Rambla Montjuic and merge onto Passeig de Josep Carner and go over 1 roundabout. At Placa de Colon take the 2nd exit onto Placa del Portal de la Pau and continue on Rambla de Santa Monica. Continue on Rambla dels Caputxins then continue on Rambla de Sant Josep. Continue on Rambla dels Estudis and finally Carrer de la Canuda. A taxi from the airport should take about 25 minutes and cost around 25-30 EUR depending on traffic and luggage. Via Train RENFE train leaves the airport every half an hour and will take you to Plaza Cataluna in about 25 mins and costs 2.60 EUR for a single ticket. Your hostal is a short 1 minute walk from the station. By bus; The Aerobus will also take you from the Airport to Catalunya station and costs 3.90 EUR. The journey time is around 30 minutes.
