The hotel sits behind the largest expanse of sand along the south coast with the sand dunes less than 100 Metres away a great place for kids of all ages to play on. We are an 18 room hotel with a contemporary yet beachy look to it. All 18 rooms are simply but comfortably decorated designed to provide a relaxing fresh and clean feel with driftwood furniture/ en suite white bathrooms and super comfortable beds with feather white pillows and duvets. There is a choice of twin/ double/ deluxe and studio rooms all with TV/DVD. Additionally the studio rooms have their own separate entrances and we also allow dogs in these rooms. We are very children friendly both in the hotel and the restaurant and can provide baby monitors or baby sitters if we have enough warning. The restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week and we have a variety of menus both a la carte and set menu. All of our menus are traditionally English inspired using ingredients sourced from farmers fisherman and artisan suppliers that live and work within 30 miles of the hotel. Our menus vary with seasonal availability. The open terrace area at the front of our hotel is a great place to have lunch on a hot summers day or sit with a warm drink under our outside heaters in the cooler weather. Our stylishly comfortable sitting room is a quiet place to chill out while you are away with two sets of doors opening out onto a private decked area. The sitting room is for residents only where they can kick off your shoes and relax with a good book or watch a movie from our DVD collection. It is a great place to come and unwind and play a hand of cards or one of our many hotel board games after a long day of site seeing or walking along the beach. This room can be transformed into a private dining room for special occasions accommodating parties from 8-18. It is also used for business meetings and conferences for up to 25 people. All our staff are friendly and willing to help. |
