Athina Luxury Villas is a complex of luxury villas that have been built in an extraordinary natural environment of 6 acres, surrounded by vine yards and olive groves, on the highest point of Xamoudochori. This small traditional village is located 3 km south of the neareast beach of Maleme and it lies 7 km from the tourist resort of Platanias. The beautiful, picturesque city of Chania with its well preserved Venetian Harbour is located 19 km east of the villas.
Each villa has its own private pool, a barbecue, vast gardens and large verandas where you can enjoy the breathtaking seaview. There are especially arranged gardens with benches and tables where you can have a pic nic and enjoy special moments of relaxation with your friends and family.
Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-story villas that can accommodate from 2 up to 7 persons in their splendid, fully air-conditioned rooms where wood and stone prevail.
They have a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, CD-player, PC (24-hour wireless internet access), a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a safe.
Each villa has a large master bathroom with Jacuzzi, where the visitors can relax, as well as a spare WC with shower on the ground floor. In there you will find bathrobes, slippers, luxury cosmetics as well as hairdryer.

| Location description: |
The traditional community of Xamoudochori is located 4km southwest of the historic village of Maleme and just 5 km away from the seaside region of Platanias which is an especially tourist destination during summer because of its lively night life.
Platanias is famous for its many restaurants, bars and clubs. Its beach, which offers many sea sports, attracts many visitors as well. Although Athina Luxury Villas have been built on the highest point of Xamoudochori so that their guests can enjoy their privacy and quietness, they are just a stone s throw away from the cosmopolitan city center of Chania. Xamoudochori is easily accessed through the local road network and the National Road.
When arriving from Chania and following the seashore local road (Kissamou Str), we go through Platanias, Gerani and when entering Maleme we turn left to Xamoudochori ( 4 km). Athina Luxury Villas are situated a few meters after the last turn of Xamoudochori village and there are also road signs that will direct you accordingly.
If you choose to arrive to the villas through the National Road (from Heralkion), turn right to the exit of Platanias and as soon as you reach the local road, turn left and continue your course according to the above directions.
If you come by the Souda Port or the Chania Airport, you can either take a taxi or inform us in time so that we can make car rental arrangements if you wish to be entirely independent.
