There are spectacular views over Bassenthwaite Lake with open countryside for fell walking and sight seeing. The restaurant serves a mix of traditional and modern dishes and an extensive wine cellar to suit all tastes. All 19 superb bedrooms are individually decorated to the highest level, including quality fabrics and crisp bed linens.
