The Hilton Dalian is a 370 room upper upscale hotel located right on Dalian*s new mixed use development area right on the harbor. This East Harbor New Development Zone area will house several luxury condominiums together with residential housing office towers 4 and 5 star national and international hotels a marina recreational boardwalk and Dalian*s new Convention Center.
