Owston Hall in Yorkshire, is a Country House Hotel, set in 200 acres of mature parkland, just 6 miles north of Doncaster and home of the Robin Hood Golf Club. Owston Hall is a historic listed building dating from the 17th century.
All rooms are non smoking and have satellite TV. The executive rooms are all air-conditioned, with all modern facilities including free WiFi. The superior rooms and Junior suites in the main house are all individually named. The family rooms have two double beds. There are also standard rooms in the Main House and in the Coach House.
The air-conditioned, light and airy, Victorian style Conservatory Brasserie, has panoramic views of the golf course and gardens. Guests can enjoy modern European food in an informal and relaxed setting, served from the open working kitchen. The food is freshly prepared and sourced locally where possible.
The leisure club includes an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. The 18 hole Championship Golf Course is maintained to a high standard, and offers players the challenge and quality expected by PGA professionals.
Doncaster is a bustling town with one of the largest open-air markets in the country. Doncaster racecourse, home to the famous St. Leger, and Doncaster Rovers Football Club are both just 8 miles away.
