The career of the house Schuster. Even before about 350 years the inn has been mentioned in ancient chronicles. He is since that time the family owned. End of the 17th Century belonged to the family estate vultures who managed a brewery with an inn and a bakery. The Geier family had two daughters/ whose youngest daughter married the son of a neighbor Schuster/ who was a professional brewer and thus succeeded his father was. This marriage increased the estate by the introduced farming with large livestock. Sun grew over the decades the farm with the streets tavern up to be a respectable company. To turn of the century/ the bakery has been abandoned/ so we devote themselves entirely to agriculture and the restaurant was. The marriage vulture Schuster emerged son Alois/ who traditionally also learned the trade of brewer. Schuster Alois had three children. His son Charles/ the father of the present owner took over/ after passing the examination as a master brewer control of the brewery. This was up from him before. 30 years successfully.
