Grand Hotel Union Executive boasts a premier location in the very heart of Ljubljana, only a stone's throw from the Old Town and less than 30 minutes from the international airport. It is recognized as first class hotel in Ljubljana. The completely renovated hotel (1998) comprises 194 spacious and comfortable guestrooms. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned and have bathroom with bathtub or shower, TV, radio, direct-dial telephone, mini bar, safe, trouser press, hairdryer and free of charge internet access. There are also 16 hotel apartments, fully equipped with a kitchenette, available for hire for a longer period. The hotel provides 20 multi-functional conference and banqueting rooms with capacity from 10 to 800 participants. Leisure facilities of the hotel include an indoor swimming pool, a Finnish sauna, a massage par lour and a gymnasium. Culinary delights are served in the main hotel restaurant, at the elegant Smrekarjev Hram Restaurant or alternatively in the quiet shady garden. The hotel also has an aperitif bar and a popular coffee shop. In addition, there is a garage, an exchange office, a newspaper and souvenir shop, a fashion boutique, a jeweler?s and a hairdresser?s.
