But what really sets The Capital apart is its sophisticated charm and courteous staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Tasteful classic English decor is reflected in elegant furnishings, antiques and original works of art throughout the hotel.
The Michelin starred restaurant is masterminded by arguably Britain s greatest seafood chef, Nathan Outlaw. His menus are unique and his ingredients are sourced predominantly from Cornwall and from fishermen he personally knows. Complementing the outstanding Outlaw s at The Capital restaurant is the intimate bar overseen by Cesar. Renowned for both his cocktails and whisky collections Cesar particularly enjoys sharing his passion for the latter and introducing guests to his cheese and whisky pairing menu.

The Capital is situated right in the heart of Knightsbridge, neighbouring
with other exclusive areas such as Chelsea, Belgravia and South Kensington.
London s most famous department stores, Harrods and Harvey Nichols, are a
stones throw away,alongside the fashionable designer stores of Sloane Street.
For those interested in art and culture, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the
Natural History Museum and the Royal Academy of Arts are also just a short
walk or ride away, as is the Royal Albert Hall, one of the most
exceptional music halls in the world.
