We are a part of a group of family run B&B hotels situated in Victoria, the heart of London. We guarantee budget prices and exceed the expectations of a B&B with the range of services we offer. We have installed CCTV cameras with perpetual recording for your safety. All rooms are en-suite or exclusive suite and have 19 LCD flat screen TVs with Freeview, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, and FREE wireless internet. All rooms are non-smoking. Check-in and Check-out is hassle free and you can leave your luggage in the reception at no extra charge on the day of check-out. Early departure is available by prior arrangement. Our location is in a prime area of London where space is at a very high premium. With imaginative planning and use of space we offer en-suite facilities, however we also have basic rooms with shared facilities.

We are located only 2 minutes walk from Victoria Coach Station and 5 minutes walk from Victoria Underground/Train Station, all major sights, shops, restaurants, and theatres are either within walking distance or reachable within a few minutes using public transport. For example Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Changing of the Guards, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral, The London Eye, The Tate Britain, Harrods, Oxford Street shopping, Hyde park and many more attractions are all within walking distance.
