The Kent Hotel is currently adding a new Kitchen and Restaurant in its garden area/ as well as an addition of 4 more rooms. Construction noise and its effects are minimal i?? schedule is Monday through Friday/ between 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. i?? the foundation and majority of the work is completed/ and a scheduled date of completion is 11/30/2008.

Located in the heart of the historic Art Deco District of South Beach. The Kent is one block away from the beach and within walking distance from nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.
