Each apartment has its own address which will be emailed to you after the order is confirmed. After you book an apartment CONTACT us by email, fax or phone with arrival information so we could schedule the check in and key transfer for the reserved apartment. If you do not provide us with CONTACT INFORMATION and ARRIVAL DETAILS, there is NO GUARANTEE that you will be met in Moscow. Each client is met at the apartment location where he receives the apartment keys. After you contact us and the apartment is confirmed by Apartment Reservation Network, you will receive an email with confirmation voucher which will contain the apartment address and contact information for our office in Moscow. If the booking is made by travel agency, you are welcome to pass this information request on to your clients and have them contact us directly to specify the arrival details.
