The Duane Street Hotel, which earned a place on Conde Nast Travellers 2008 Hot List of New Hotels, is a residential boutique hotel located in the TriBeCa area of Manhattan. TriBeCa, meaning triangle below Canal Street is known for its cobblestone streets, historic warehouse buildings, art galleries and award-winning restaurants. Duane Street Hotel is located in one of New Yorks most stylish neighborhoods, where one can experience all the upscale comforts of a metropolitan home.
Accompanying this wonderful little hotel are a group of pleasant and eager to please Staff. From the moment you arrive, we are ready to cater to all of your needs, whether your trip is based on business or pleasure. A 24-hour concierge is available 7 days a week, leaving it reassuringly possible to attain whatever it is that you need or want.
Each of our 45 rooms feature custom-designed residential furniture, natural wood, slate bathrooms with chrome and marble fixtures. All rooms are individually climate controlled and include hi-tech amenities to meet the needs of business and leisure travelers such as high-speed Internet access as well as Wi-Fi (hi-speed wireless Internet access) throughout the hotel; flat screen HD televisions; CD players; expandable work desks, voice mail; dual phone lines; and hair dryers. The New York Times is delivered daily and guests sleep on 100% Egyptian cotton designer linens which help make for a good nights rest. Guests will be pampered with twice daily maid service along with a sweet treat at turn-down to encourage sweet dreams.
