Hotel Condotti is a 3 Star Superior Property, *Boutique Style* located in the historic centre of Rome, near the famous Spanish Steps and the most prestigious street in the city. Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina. Were easily accessible by public transit, linked by modem for taxi services, and we offer a limousine service to and from Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport. Our concierge can provide group tours and private guided tours, in various languages as well as give general information to visitors regarding sightseeing and restaurants etc. Our tastefully decorated rooms all have a private washroom with hairdryer, color satellite Television, stocked mini bar, direct dial telephone, Free WIFI and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. A delightful buffet breakfast is served in our breakfast room. Unfortunately due to the size of our property we do not have a non smoking floor or rooms. *Triple and Quadruple rooms are available on request. Contact the Hotel for bookings.* Please note that as of 1st January 2011 a City Tax will be introduced in the city of Rome. This will be a fixed stay contribution for all the Client staying in the City of Rome. Kindly take note that this contribution will be applied also to other tourist services (buses, sightseeing, boat tours on the Tiber and seaside facilities). The contribution for 3 stars hotels is EURO 2.00 per person, per day- up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
