Hotel Griffen is the largest hotel in Bornholm with a magnificent location near the blue-green waves of the Baltic and close to the cosy streets of Roenne with the colourful houses- the ferry port- the yachting harbour and the beach.
In the restaurant Victoria the menu is based on Bornholm ingredients in season and every evening there is the possibility of enjoying a special 3-course sunset menu. Weather permitting the staff also serves refreshments on the outdoor terrace of the hotel while you can enjoy the sound of the waves lapping against the coast.
Hotel Griffen means first-class well-being - not the least owing to the exclusive spa and wellness centre of the hotel. The centre is called Den Bornholmske Diamant Spa after the quartz crystals embedded in the shale on the south coast of Bornholm which are called the Diamonds of Bornholm. The spa area of the hotel is approx. 1.000 square metre and contains among other things four different saunas- a large pool with 34 degrees hot water and a light therapy wall.
