The Residence Club is located on the sand of beautiful Mission Beach and is just steps to the edge of the ocean. It is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. If it is family time and rest and relaxation you are looking for, The Residence Club is just across the bay from Sea World, over the hill from the famous San Diego Zoo and a short car trip to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Not to mention, it is just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport and the tide pools in La Jolla. However, if it is romance and relaxation you are looking for, then the ambiance of magical sunsets of oceanfront vacationing will allow you to capture every moment. Just walking distance from ocean side dining and private sail boat rides, this location defines romance. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that the front desk hours are 8am-6pm. A mandatory USD 250.00 departure housekeeping fee will be applied to each reservation. Reservations longer then 7 nights may require additional housekeeping fees. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning. Minimum check-in age is 25. You may be required to show photo ID and must present a valid credit card. After hours check-in information will be provided prior to your arrival. Please be sure to inform the reservations office of your late arrival information. Mission Beach is one of those special places that people return to again and again.
