A conversion of the historic 1904 Alaska Building, the Courtyard Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square hotel boasts both amenities to keep you productive while traveling on business and convenient location, close to attractions such as Century Link Field , Safeco Field, and the cruise terminals at Piers 91 and 66. Our downtown Seattle, WA hotel is just as green as the Emerald City; it is an adaptive reuse of the 1904 Historic Alaska Building, the first steel building in Washington State. Our Seattle Pioneer Square hotel is one block away from Pioneer Square Station with easy access to both the Sound Transit Link Light Rail and the Seattle Metro.
