Extensive views over the typical Tuscan hills. The house is separated from the rest of the structure and benefits from a peaceful postioning and an exclusive area in front of the house that is well tended and equipped. Shared: well tended garden within extensive grounds, equipped swimming pool 8/5-30/9 with toilet facilities and shower. Cleaning fee of euro 11 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Siena is spread out over three hills, between Val dElsa and Val dArbia, in a gentle and beautiful landscape, among the most beautiful in Tuscany and in all of Italy. Perhaps it is one of the most suggestive cities in the world, designed by the architects of the 14th century gothic times. |
