Designed to furnish Le Corbusier s great creation, this furniture is a celebration of 1950s design. La Banane, just a few steps away from the white sand bay of Lorient, offers 2 pools with sun lounges while sipping a delicious cocktail full of Caribbean flavours. Continental and American breakfast is served in the intimacy of your bungalow or around the pool. Guests also have the possibility to have something to eat - light lunch and generous dinner thanks to our restaurant partners. A DVD library, parlour games, Internet access and Wifi are also available. A 3 night deposit is required upon reservation by Visa, MasterCard or American Express for each week booked. Deposit will secure the first night as well as the last two night of your stay. Special conditions apply for festive Season from December 19th to January 06th-An advance deposit of 50pct total booking amount becomes due to confirm reservation, the remaining balance is required 60 calendar days prior to the arrival date. If the deposit or the remaining balance remains unpaid in due time, we may consider this as cancellation of the client. In case of an exclusive use reservation or group reservation (3 rooms and more) different terms and conditions shall apply due to respective planning necessities. If the client cancels the reservation, a cancellation fee will become due and payable as set out below- Cancellation more than 30 days- 10pct of deposit amount Cancellation from 30 to 21 days- 25pct of total stay is due Cancellation from 20 to 08 days- 50pct of total stay is due Cancellation from 07 to 02 days- 75pct of total stay is due Cancellation less than 02 days- 100pct of total stay is due For no show and anticipated departure- 100pct of stay as confirmed is due Special conditions apply for festive Season from December 19th to January 06th-More than 60 days to arrival- no cancellation fee 60 days or less than 60 days to arrival- Total booking price will be forfeited or due For no show and anticipated departure- full stay as reserved will become due For the Christmas and New Years Eve Holidays and for group reservation, it is important to note that if party will not show on the first day of the confirmed reservation, we will consider this a cancellation and the hotel will be free to resell the room.
