Park Lane is a Qualmark 4 Star 32 room boutique motel, fantastically located just 150 metres from beautiful sandy Takapuna Beach with its' great views of Rangitoto. Just a short stroll to all of Takapuna's shops, restaurants, cafes and exciting nightspots. WE ARE THE CLOSEST MOTEL TO DEVONPORT. Park Lane is a great place for a longer stay - we have a swimming pool, mini-gym & a sauna which has it's own separate showers, guest laundry, dry-cleaning service, guest internet desk and free ample off-street car parking available to all of our guests. We have a Breakfast Room which serves cooked and continental breakfast every morning, & 'Heat n Eat' meals are available as room service in the evening. The complex has a number of different type of rooms available to meet your specific needs, including Standard Studios, Twin-share Studios, Family Studios and Premium Spa Studios.
