In this stylishly renovated old building from the turn of the century; you will find flats from 30-70sqm which are all equipped with exquisite period furniture. The functional interior design and high-quality fittings create an individual living space and comfortable private sphere. All apartments are completely furnished and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen; Cable-TV; high speed internet and a telephone. The modern technical equipment such as electronic access control leaves nothing to be desired in terms of security and comfort and enables both a pleasant stay and efficient work. In Vienna the inner districts are a short-term parking zone from Monday to Friday 9.00 - 22.00. Pay and display tickets are available at the hotel at a charge. Parking spaces in public garages can be arranged at a charge. Additional Information; Children aged 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children aged 7-12 pay 7.50 EUR per night. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number. |

The building is in the 3rd district; which is a very nice residential district in the heart of Vienna; very central yet quiet. The infrastructure and public transport connections are excellent; the Kardinal Nagl Platz on the underground line U3 is about a 5 minute walk away. With the underground you need to travel 2 stations to transfer onto the express connection to the airport and only 4 stations to the city centre. The local bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away. |
