Grandview Gardens is a restored 1925 Mediterranean-revival villa with spacious tropical gardens, pool, 5 guest suites with private entrances and 2 luxury vacation homes. The B and B is located in historical Grandview Heights of downtown West Palm Beach, walking distance to many local attractions such as City Place, the revived area of downtown with restaurants, shops and entertainment such as the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. In addition to the B and B lodging, guests have the option to rent a separate vacation 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home. Both vacation homes are upscale, directly adjacent to the B and B with private pool. Check-in is at 2 30 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
