There are a number of labels that could be used to describe Hotel Hellsten - Design, Hip or Boutique being three of them. The founder's firm intention, however, is that the hotel should be a meeting place for travellers of all disciplines and interests, and become their home while staying in Stockholm. The garden wing of the building was earlier the home of several record companies. A fully equipped international standard recording studio, designed by Sweden's foremost acoustic designer, operates in the basement, with the elevator reaching directly there from the hotel rooms above. In the basement is now a fully equipped gym. A block away from the underground station of Radmansgatan, and about 40 kilometers from Arlanda Airport, Hotel Hellsten is right in the heart of Stockholm, within proximity of all central buildings and key locations. The locality is one of the most exciting in Stockholm, with a multitude of restaurants of all types within a few minutes walking distance. A full choice for all tastes.
