Enjoy a romantic getaway in this lakefront Bed and Breakfast nestled in the forested foothills of Mt. Baker in Northwest Washington state. Tucked in a scenic mountain valley, Silver Lake is 180 acres of water paradise. Just 40 minutes east of Bellingham near the scenic Mount Baker Highway and the Mt. Baker National Forest Recreation Area, Mystic Inn is a perfect destination regardless of the season. With the lake, the forest, and the mountains at our doorstep, there is always something for everyone. Kings Way Inn Bed and Breakfast offers you a guest suite in the lower level of our house, breakfast in our upstairs lake view dining room, and the option of preparing your own lunch or dinner in the kitchen located in your private suite. Silver Lake is home to osprey, bald eagle, river otter, owls, blue heron, loons, and the trout which draw so many fishermen yearly from May through October. Directly across the lake is Black Mountain at 4,990 feet it is a take off point for hang gliders who land in Silver Lake Park. Guest must contact Mt. Baker Lodging directly upon receipt of confirmation in order to receive a map and specific cabin directions.

Our office is located at 7463 Mt. Baker Highway, in the town of Maple Falls, about 0.5 miles east of mile marker 25. At the intersection turn left: For Mystic Inn: proceed EX -- Directions -- Interstate 5 to exit 255 in Bellingham, WA. At the end of the off ramp, turn right, heading east on Mt Baker Hwy 542 to our office in Maple Falls.
