Quick Help

Is the room rate per person or per room?
The quoted room rate is per room per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It is for one person if you selected one person, and for two people if you selected two people, etc. ↑ top
Are taxes/meal included in rate or in sum total?
Taxes/service charges and meals are NOT included in the room rate and in sum total unless otherwise specified. This information should be mentioned in the Rate Policy section. ↑ top
Is credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes, the service provider/hotel will confirm a reservation only when you provide your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Please note: Our Reservation Service is free of charge, so all your credit card details go directly to the hotel and you will pay only for accommodation. ↑ top
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, we utilise a secure commerce server which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form. ↑ top
When and where is payment for my accommodation required?
Payment for your hotel stay will be handled by the hotel directly upon checkout with credit card or cash, unless otherwise specified. If a credit card is required for deposit, it will be charged by the hotel in advance. Check the Rate Policy for this information. ↑ top
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share your personal data with anybody. All data submitted is kept confidential. However, if you accessed this site through a BB72 Affiliate site, your email address along with travel details may be forwarded to that Affiliate. ↑ top
I'm looking for a hotel in London/Paris/Sydney etc — can you help me?
Our reservation agents are unable to do individual searches for clients due to our high volume of reservations. Use our Hotel Search Form to identify availability and rates at over 40,000 hotels all around the world. ↑ top
Can you send me the hotel phone/fax number?
You will receive the hotel phone/fax number ONLY with your booking confirmation. We do not provide this information before you book the room. ↑ top
I need more information about a hotel — can you send graphic materials or brochures?
No, unfortunately we cannot send any additional information about hotel amenities or facilities. All information about the hotels is available from our web site. ↑ top
I should receive a discounted rate — how do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available to our Travel Reservation System. These rates may include government, corporate, senior or travel agent rates. If a rate is marked "ID REQ" (for example, "AAA Rate") you may need special documentation at check-in to confirm you are qualified to receive that rate. ↑ top
How to cancel or check my reservation?
To cancel or check your reservation, go to View / Cancel Reservation, enter your booking confirmation number and the e-mail address you used when booking. You will see your booking and can cancel if necessary. Be aware of your cancellation policy — a fee may be charged for late cancellation. ↑ top
What is your cancellation policy?
This can vary from hotel to hotel and depends on your travel period. To avoid a penalty for no-show or late cancellation you must cancel before the deadline mentioned in the Rate Policy field. Cancelling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Be aware of special Non-Refundable rates — it is not possible to cancel these rates for free. ↑ top
How can I change my existing reservation?
You should cancel your original booking and make another reservation (for a new rate/date/room type) on the web site. ↑ top
How can I book a few rooms for the same dates in one hotel?
Two or more rooms for the same dates in the same hotel cannot be booked under the same first and last name. You should use different names for each room booked. Any bookings received at a hotel that do not adhere to this policy may not be honoured and can be cancelled with no further notice. ↑ top
Can I specify my room preferences (bed type, smoking/non-smoking)?
You can mention them in the Room Preferences field in our reservation form. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate your special requests. We cannot guarantee your requests as they are subject to availability. After the reservation you should call the hotel directly to request additional preferences. ↑ top
Do you provide a fax confirmation and/or other documents for visa support?
We do not provide ANY visa support services. You may try to contact the hotels directly in order to get these documents. Unfortunately we have no possibility to help you in this case. ↑ top
What do I do if I am not satisfied with my hotel room when I arrive?
We are an online hotel reservations agent. We make every effort to ensure that the hotel descriptions and information featured on our site are as accurate as possible. Our write-ups are based on material supplied by the hotels themselves. We are not responsible for any variance, whether perceived or actual, between the write-up and conditions you find at the hotel. Please notify us if you feel that any of our hotel write-ups are inaccurate or need to be updated — we will be happy to consider your suggestions. Any issues of dissatisfaction should be addressed directly to the hotel's management. ↑ top
Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Some hotels may have minimum age restrictions. For example, hotels with casinos (almost all Las Vegas hotels) require you to be 21 years old to check into a room. Please check the hotel page for this information. ↑ top
What is "Card Identification Code"?
The Credit Card Identification Code is an authentication scheme established by credit card companies to further reduce fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter this number at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.

For Visa / MasterCard: The number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card, immediately following the card account number.
For American Express: The Card Identification Code is a non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card. This number is recorded as an additional security precaution. ↑ top
