Reservation service

BB72.COM is an online hotel reservation intermediary. All bookings are made on behalf of the traveller directly with the hotel or its reservation system. BB72.COM is not a party to the contract between the guest and the hotel.

Rates and availability

Rates and room availability are provided by the hotel or its GDS connection and are subject to change without notice. BB72.COM does not guarantee that a displayed rate will remain available until the moment of booking confirmation.

Payment

Payment is made directly to the hotel at check-out unless a deposit is required, as specified in the Rate Policy. BB72.COM does not charge any booking fee.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate. Please read the Rate Policy carefully before completing a reservation. Non-Refundable rates cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Privacy

We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by the reservation process (i.e. the hotel or its representative system).

Liability

BB72.COM provides hotel information as supplied by the hotels themselves. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot be held liable for discrepancies between described and actual conditions.
