The Outback Lodge located only minutes from the Ocean Beach in a beautiful tree lined street is one of Manlys last surviving traditional Boarding Houses first established in 1935. Today these group of properties have been modernised with todays needs offering guests a selection of different styles of accommodation being either studio apartments with own kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms 1-2 bedroom apartments single storey cottage house or rooms with kitchenettes share bathroom facilities. The Outback Lodge has beautiful gardens and lawns for guests to enjoy a glass of wine read a good book relax with native bird life a special feature. The Outback Lodge has retained many features of these properties including the original fire places with their marble surrounds 12 ft high patterned ceilings lead light and coloured glass windows and original Kari timber flooring giving these properties character and charm.
