This refurbishment will be completed on a floor by floor basis with work taking place between the hours of 9.00 am-6.00 pm daily. There will be minimal disruption to guests and normal hotel operations will continue as usual. The refurbishment will be completed in June 2012 at which time the property will be re-launched as Pensione Hotel Perth.
