The building has been the largest Inn within city limits since the 16th century. In the period of Barock of the 18th century we had grown into a feudalistic Palais with wonderfully designed rooms and suites. In 1852 the Palais was changed into the 4 star hotel it is today. The inimitable flair the baroque palace has encountered is reflected in the hotels 59 rooms and suites. The Restaurant Wintergarten is located in the inner yard of the hotel. The hotel also offers a traditional coffee shop with homemade sweets; snacks and cakes plus there is also the famous Ernst Fuchs Bar. For the well being of our guests; we offer a sauna; sun deck and our on-site gym is free of charge. All guest rooms feature antique style furniture and are equipped with a telephone; mini bar and radio. Free internet connection is also available in each room. There is a parking lot directly in front of the hotel available at a charge. Since we have only 4 places available a reservation is absolutely necessary. In addition we have an agreement with the Kastner and Oehler underground parking next to the hotel; which is also available at a charge. Additional Information; Children aged 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children aged 7-12 pay EUR 25.00. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

The hotel is located directly in the main square of Graz City Centre.
