Located at the foot of the Karwanken, in the middle of the small village of Oberaichwald by the lake Faaker See. Four different apartment types are designed for up to 6 persons in the lovely restored farmhouses including a fireplace in all rooms. All apartments have a living room with dining area, a sitting area with pull-out couch, telephone, satellite TV, safe and stove. The kitchen area is fully equipped with cutlery, hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and water boiler. Complimentary child care between the age of 8 months to 14 years, in different age categories. Children between 8 months to 35 months are required to preregister for the RESIS nursery. Children up to the age of 6 years are complimentary. Full range of sporting activities such as golf, tennis, paragliding, rafting, sailing, surfing, Nordic walking or hiking are offered. Fantastic skiing and tobogganing facilities are close by. A large choice of wellness and fitness facilities mostly at no extra cost is available. Admission to a beach pool by the Faaker See is also free to our guests. From paper-chases, BBQ parties, the youth club to pony-riding, there is lots to do for the entire family.
