The Astoria is a small privately owned 3 star family hotel close to the old city of Salzburg. It has been completely renovated in February 2011 and is now welcoming its guests in a refurbished atmosphere.The Festspielhaus-Festival Hall; Mozarts birthplace and many other sights are only a 15-minute walk away from Hotel Astoria. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. Free parking spaces for buses and cars are also available. After a day of sightseeing you can relax in the hotels own small coffee shop or on the terrace.The hotel is equipped with a safe key card system; high-speed internet connection and wireless LAN in the lobby and in the rooms. Some rooms have a balcony or a winter garden balcony and all rooms have bathtub or shower; toilet; direct-dial telephone; modem connection; radio and satellite TV. Parking spaces for buses and cars are available. Additional Information; Check-In possible between 2 PM and 11 PM. Check-Out possible between 7 AM and 11 AM. Children age 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 7-12 pay 18 EUR per day in extra bed. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

The hotel is close to the old city just a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi. The airport is 2 km far away just 10 minutes by taxi. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel where you can take bus number 1 where you can reach the city center easily. The Hotel Astoria is easily accessible from the airport and highway.
