The North and Middle Bights are the heart of this famous fishery. For your convenience we can accommodate reservations for any length of stay and anglers can fish outstanding flats right in front of the lodge on arrival and departure days and/or fish with a guide on arrival and departure days. The lodge features comfortable clean air-conditioned rooms with private baths. Chef Cora Neymour prepares a variety of authentic Bahamian meals including fresh seafood lobster-cracked conch-grouper-snapper-mahi-mahi and more barbecued chicken and ribs and steaks accompanied by Bahamian specialties like homemade Johnny Cake conch chowder peas and rice baked spicy macaroni and cheese green salads and more. Exotic Caribbean cocktails including Bahama Mamas and Goombay Smashes plus a wide selection of brand name liquors are served in the well-stocked bar. This vast fishing area sprawls over hundreds of miles and is composed of winding channels and creeks lush mangrove cays and countless miles of sandy flats stretching to the waters of the West Side.
