This is the place where cleanliness, professional service and hospitality are the main objectives of the staff. The Minotel Rodopi is situated in the southern part of the city, right after the overhead crossing. Plovdiv International Airport is 10 km far, Plovdiv Customs House is nearby.

The city is located on both banks of the Maritsa River in the Thracian plaine. Plovdiv is particularly known, like Rome, for its 7 hills, one of which was destroyed in the beginning of the 20th century. This is the second largest urban centre in Bulgaria for its culture, history and tourism. Plovdiv is also regarded as the "gate" to the Rhodopes, as most people who head for the mountains choose it as their starting point.
