Located in a tranquil country setting, and surrounded by numerous flower gardens, Harbourview Inn has a great view of the water, the Annapolis Basin. In operation since 1899, Harbourview offers 9 comfortable rooms in the Inn and 3 delux suites in the Winchester House. All have queen beds, private, ensuite bathrooms, in-room coffee makers, remote cable TV, free WIFI and many other features to ensure a comfortable stay. A delicious, full breakfast is offered in our sunny dining room overlooking some of our beautiful flower gardens. Our 25 meter swimming pool, tennis court and beach access are a short walk down a counrty lane from the Inn. We offer a Whale and Seabird Watching Package, a Romantic Get-Away Package and a Golf Package. There is lots to do and see in this scenic and historic area of Nova Scotia on Canada's east coast. A romantic location with an historic setting! Smiths Cove is 15 minutes from the ferry from Digby, Nova Scotia and Saint John, New Brunswick. We are located 1:15 minutes from the CAT ferry between Yarmouth and Bar Harbour / Portland, Maine, USA. From Halifax, you would take route 101 through the Annapolis Valley to exits 24 or 25 to Smiths Cove, approximately 2 1/2 hours. From Lunenburg, it is 1 1/2 hours.
