About Crusoe Island Lodge
Indigo is a blend of the modern architecture of renowned Chilean architect Sebastian Irarrazaval and the strong passion for Patagonia of its three owner-operators-Chilean Spanish and French respectively. The rooms are distributed around a huge central space itself divided by an impressive vertical curtain made of eucalyptus. A system of bridges ramps and stair cases allows an intriguingly human circulation within the hotel. The decor of the rooms is cozy and intimate in contrast to the monumental feeling of the hotels living areas and the rugged natural setting of Patagonia which is visible from everywhere in the hotel.
It is located in the southeast Pacific Ocean 670 kilometers off the central coast. The islands that compose the archipelago are the island of Santa Clara sailor Alexander Selkirk and Robinson Crusoe Island. Administratively it is located in Valparaiso Province Commune of Juan Fernandez.
