There is a lobby bar a gift shop and a business center on the first floor. Most of the guestrooms have a view balcony with an area of ten square meters. The third and the fourth floors are view floors. There is a rocking chair on the view balcony in the sea-view rooms on the third floor while the open balcony in the rooms on the forth floor provides a good place for the press to take photographs or for the guests to watch the water sports. The North Building has three floors- a Chinese restaurant and a Western restaurant are on the first floor with dining options including seafood European food and American food. 21 private dining rooms are on the second floor while entertainment facilities such as 17 KTV private rooms a billiards room and a table tennis room are on the third floor. In addition the hotel offers three conference rooms equipped with simultaneous interpretation facilities multimedia facilities and digital cameras.
