Constructed in 1945 by don Santiago Medina first owner of the edification and who combined artistically the traditional tendencies of the Spanish and French architecture conferring it a unique design with mud roof tile stone floors and columns acquired in the Spanish convent of Santo Domingo doors carved at hand as well as balconies banisters and wrought - iron bars.
