The hotel sits on a vast tract of lowland coastal forest teeming with spectacular and rare wildlife, all seen within our own nature reserve. Many major airlines offer non-stop and direct service to the San Jose Juan Santamaria International Airport. Our Travel Help Desk can arrange the most convenient mode of transportation to our resort. Sansa and Nature Air have numerous domestic flights per day to the port town of Quepos. Flights are approximately 20-25 minutes. GAIA provides complimentary transportation from the Quepos airport to the hotel. Gaia can also arrange private ground transportation from San Jose. The drive is approximately 3.5 hours on good roads.
