7 km southeast of the centre of Split lies the beautiful Riviera. There are lots of scenic places to visit, one of the most attractive being Podstrana - a small tourist town full of Mediterranean ambience and abundant vegetation. It is located not far from Split in central Dalmatia. Podstrana is embellished by dense vegetation and the natural gift of the clean sea. It provides for an ultimate escape from everyday life.
