Our Residence & Hotels are a charming and exclusive 4 star accommodation in the city centre of Prague, Czech Republic located between legend and history. In 1999 the house was completely renovated and turned into an elegant and comfortable Jecna residential house. The renovation brought out a number exceptional decorative components of the house back to life, such as the Renaissance atrium arch near the entrance, the carved wooden gates, and also the glazing and doors from the early 20th century. Removing the excessive alterations of the past years restored the elegant original decorations throughout. The renovation work on the attic, with its timber roof structure, resulted in creating two unique attic flats. The Jecna residential house has eight flats of various sizes. They are furnished to a luxury standard. All the flats are air-conditioned and suitable for a long-term stay.

The house, which was built a towards the end of the 19th century, is located in the Nove Mestos residential/commercial zone in a row of houses in the tree-lined street leading to the Vltava River where stands the famous Dancing House by the architect Frank O. Gehry. The quarter of the city where the residential is situated boasts many various shops, restaurants, extensive park areas, charming squares and it is just a short distance from the Wenceslas Square, the heart of the old Prague.
