About Chateau des Avenieres
Chateau des Avenieres Set in 150 acres of parkland in the Haute Savoie region this unique place was dreamt up in 1907 by an eccentric couple with a passion for astronomy and esotericism. Now a hotel the chateau has retained its original features such as the golden mosaic chapel the Observatory bedroom with its roof terrace and the marble bathrooms. Mixing antique and exotic styles the bedrooms are truly superb and some have bow windows.
