Le Moulin d Aure Once you have gone through the gate and the walked up the path lined with one hundred year old pine trees you ll discover a superb olive grove and then the building and country house that comprise the Moulin d Aure. The swimming pool oleander an ancient poplar and a forged iron arbour half hidden in amongst the vines complete this picture of Eden Provence style. Each of the 19 rooms has its own identity combining quilts and cotton piques painted furniture limestone and stucco patina. The restaurant opposite the heated swimming pool offers resolutely Mediterranean cuisine with market produce flavoured with home made olive oil.
