Boasting an impressive past, the building was a Post Office during the reign of Louis XV, then a family house under Napoleon III and served as a furnished hotel for the Montparnasse artists during the Belle Epoque. Sybille de Margerie, a well-known luxury interior designer, has incorporated this history into her design, recreating the 5 major ages of the hotel with a modern twist.
