Moulin d Hauterive Mills have a poetry and a spirit all of their own. Long after they cease to function they still glow with a special appeal. In the Beaune region this former oil mill was built in the 12th century by the monks of Citeaux Abbey and now offers 20 comfortable rooms and a careful blend of traditional but light cuisine. Nestling at the heart of seven acres of beautiful parkland within walls that are steeped with history the proprietor embraces the era of the building its pulse and its essence.
