It allocates seven (7) rooms; the four (4) of them have a fireplace. They are all completely equipped, with air conditioning system, television set, telephone line, autonomous heating, refrigerator, mini-bar and wireless internet access throughout the building. It also has two (2) rooms in the attic. All the balconies have views of the city and the lake of Ioannina.
