About Sissi Bay Hotel & Wellness Club
The hotel is built directly on the shore, overlooking the endless, clear, blue sea of Sissy, a small fishing village, 40 Km away from Heraklions' airport. It is a family owned and run hotel, famous for it's hospitality and friendly atmosphere. It is mostly recommenden for couples and families.
Sissi Bay, which is built directly on the shore, is the nearest hotel in the area to the Boufos beach (300 m) and two minutes walk from the village centre and beautiful picturesque harbour where the guests will find taverns, boutiques, jewellery, bars, souvenir shops, pharmacy, church, post office, hair dresser and banking service-cash points. On the shore across the port there is a small sandy beach perfect for a dip in the crystal clear Mediterranean. Ideally situated, only 2 Km far from the main high way, for access to all places of interest in Crete. There is a bus service, twice a day, from outside the hotel to both directions (Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion) and additionally every 30 min from the high way. Agios Nikolaos is 20Km away, Heraklion 42 Km, Knossos 44 Km, Vai 119Km, Hersonissos 20Km, Malia 7Km and Elounda is 32Km away.
